Plant Healthcare Technician

Distinctive Tree Care has added a position to help our growing team of professionals. We are searching for an individual with qualifications and experience in the field of Arboriculture and Plant Health Care, to fulfill production roles.

Job Responsibilities Included, but are not limited to:

  • Ornamental & shade tree pruning
  • General tree work
  • Plant Health Care, including Spraying/Drenching/Injecting, IPM (Including Diagnosis & Treatment)
  • Soil Management and Remediation (including Root Collar Excavations using Compressed Air)
  • Company Safety Policy adherence
  • Meeting and Working with Clients and Other Contractors

Equipment Operators

Operators must have experience in operating chainsaws running mini excavators, stump-grinders, wood chippers, skid steers and mechanized tree clearing experience.

ALL candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of SAFE work practices in this field, All hires will receive additional training and certification in Electrical Hazard Awareness.
